Welcome to Borneo Rainforest Bistro. We as the Bornoes promoting many types of Borneo's foods representing all the culture in the Borneo island. We call it the special menu in our restaurant. There are Ayam Pansuh, Laksa Sarawak, Nasi Pulut with Rendang, and Midin Belaccan, .
After the heavy food, we also serve some of the traditional dessert. There are Kek Lapis Sarawak, Cendol ABC, and Kuih Cincin,
MENU
1.Laksa Sarawak
Laksa Sarawak is the one of the famous menu in Borneo. There are strimp, chicken, egg, mee, Kuah Kari. Its is also delicious because the are soo much flavour inside the bold. Its only course us Rm5.
2.Nasi Pulut With Rendang
Nasi pulut is the traditional rice for the Borneo society. It is usually been cook in the time of Gawai Dayak. But it is tastier if we eat with Rendang Ayam or Rendang Daging. Only Rm6.
3.Midin Goreng Belacan
Midin belacan is traditionally the Iban's food. It is recipe by them. It is fried with the sambal belacan. The midin is only found in the rainforest. It course only Rm4.
4.Ayam Pansuh
We have some special menu. It is menu by the Borneo culture. Some of it are, the famous 'Ayam Pansuah'. It is made by the Dayak and it is very famous in the 'Gawai' season. It is the fresh chicken cook inside the bamboo. It is also Halal. Only cost you rm8.50. Including the white rice.

Kuih Cincin is traditional snack by the Brunei Malay community in Sabah. It is crispy and a little sweet. One packet course Rm19.

Kacang Cendol ABC is the best dessert to eat in the hot weather. It can help us to cool down our body temperature and help to cool down our heart. It is course Rm3.

7.Kek Lapis Sarawak
Kek Lapis Sarawak is the famous cake in Malaysia. This cake is very colourful and it is also many types of flavours. It is course Rm10 per packet.
